Connect the iPad to your shop's Wi-Fi for live check-ins.
Place the iPad where customers can easily check themselves in. Stand sold separately.
The iPad can announce when a customer is called. Keep its volume turned up.
Open your shop's check-in screen on the iPad and enter its 7-letter kiosk code.
Add the check-in screen to the iPad home screen for quick access.
Your team manages the same waiting list from their own devices.
FROM CHECK-IN TO CHECKOUT
Client checks in
Set your iPad at the front counter. Customers enter their name and phone number and choose a barber or first available.
Gets a text ticket
They receive a text with their place in line and a live link to check their spot. Your team sees the same waiting list.
Done with a receipt
After the cut, the barber logs the service and tip. The customer gets a branded text receipt with a link to install their barber’s personal app. Next visit, skip the line at the check-in counter and check in remotely from the app — with live wait times, shop pricing, and their barber’s latest work.
